	All prices for package deals indicated in our tariff are VAT inclusive, set at a rate enforced by regulation (cost of transport: 5.5% at present), chauffeur services, petrol, toll fees and unlimited passenger insurance.
	Unforeseen toll and parking expenses remain the responsibility of the customer as well as any meals for chauffeurs that do not fall within the arranged time.
	Minimal invoicing rate are specified for each vehicle and cannot be modified.
	Overtime pay will apply after the first 30 minutes for airport transfers, and 20 minutes for all other services (A to B transfers…) of prearranged PU time noticed on the reservation confirmation or on the driver's trip sheet.
	Company is not liable in case of any delays due to bad traffic or mechanical breakdown while on charter.
	All personal belongings in the vehicle remain under the responsibility of the transported person.
	The customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the service by them or any members of their party.
	A started hour is payable.
	Customer will be invoiced an extra meal for the driver when hours of service are consecutive through lunch and dinner time.
	Payment accepted: Bank transfer or credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard).
	All our services are payable upon completion. If the customer has an account with CSParis, then services are payable upon receipt of invoice until the 7th of the following month.

Wait time - Airport transfers:

For flights of more than 5 hours duration: Easy to track flights. The driver will be on site 30 minutes after the estimated flight arrival time given by the flight tracking system.
For flights of less than 5 hours duration: The driver will be on site 30 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time.

Once the driver is on site, additional 30 minutes waiting time are allowed. Wait time beyond the 30 minutes will incur the transfer base charge plus the hourly charge prorated in 30 minutes intervals. If for any reasons you are delayed, or if you prefer having the driver on time of flight arrival, it is under your behalf to contact us.

Wait time - Non Airport transfers:
Customers are permitted 20 minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond the 20 minutes will incur the transfer base charge plus the hourly charge prorated in 30 minutes intervals.

Reservation:
The reservation becomes firm when a minimum deposit representing 50% of the price of the service was send back to Chauffeur Services Paris.

Cancellation by the customer:
If the customer would cancel his service, following cancellation fees would be perceived (D = Date of service):

Cancellation 7 days before D-day and before 17:00 Paris local time: 5%*
Cancellation 72 hours before D-day and before 17:00 Paris local time: 30%
Cancellation 48 hours before D-day and before 17:00 Paris local time: 60%
Cancellation 48 hours between D-day after 17:00 Paris local time and D-day: 100%

* In case of reimbursement, 5% non refundable transaction fees will be perceived.
In case of an interruption of the service by the customer, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the total price.
All complaints should be filed within eight days of transport service execution.
All disputes will be handled by the mediating courts of the locality of CSParis corporate headquarters.
